Work with minimum supervision.
Follow prep list
Serve high quality employee food
Control quality and consistency of all food served.
Ensure all food supplies necessary for service are in appropriate supply on a timely basis.
Required to learn all menu items produced by assigned station.
Refrigeration and serving of cold food.
Production of orders.
Follow sanitation and Ecosure rules and procedure
Qualifications
Food Handlers Certification required
Minimum 2 years experience in fast faced, culinary environment
Able to stand for 8+ hours a shift
Works well in a fast-paced team environment
Ability to multitask
Flexible scheduling to include nights, weekends, and holidays
